The Ultimate Face 2 Face Leadership Programme for Leaders.

Purpose

The 10-week Face to Face Corporate Leadership Specialist Programme which will ensure that participants learn and develop the necessary skills to actually lead, and understand the important requirements needed to develop into that capable and High Performing Leader.

Courageous Leadership

When it comes to leadership, uncertainty is a permanent part of the process. Furthermore, it isn’t an indication of poor leadership, it just underscores the need for it.

It is this environment in which good leadership is most often discovered. Since you’ll be constantly called to make decisions with limited info, your goal should not be to eliminate it, but develop the ability to have faith in your abilities and be courageous and clear in spite of it.

It is not your job as a leader to remove uncertainty. it’s your job to inspire, have and provide clarity, believe, and progress in the midst of it. When you do that you are learning to be a leader.

Imagine a place without a leader, an army without a General. Structure creates order, without it no progress can be made.

As a leader you will be called upon to make decisions regarding business, relationships, money, time, values, opportunities, and disputes. Your decisions show up on the bottom line. In that realm it takes longer to recognise your brilliance or your stupidity, because you’re forced to lead for long periods of time without the benefit of knowing whether you made the right call.

By the time your crop starts coming in its too late to change your agricultural procedure.

A person in a Leadership position needs to understand that if they are a leader, they already have the potential talent to lead. The question is that he may not see himself as a leader.

But courage is what will establish him as a leader before others.

‘What’, always precedes ‘How’. E.g. I don’t have the money. Don’t worry, capital follows courage. Don’t let ‘How’ intimidate me.

It’s because ‘How’ is so challenging that it provides great opportunities. If ‘How’ wasn’t a problem, someone else would already have figured it out!

All progress begins with 1 question – What needs to be done?

The future during and after this event belongs to those who are prepared to have the courage to ask the question and the faith to hang in there till, they discover the answer.

Behaviours:

All programmes start with understanding the Leaders behaviour., And what needs to change. This is done through interview, and DiSC profiling.

Understanding the outcome, the C.E.O Requires from the programme:

All programmes understand the outcomes of the C.E.O. requires for the programme

Approach

The entire approach will be one of high energy, 100% involvement and fun. We really want all potential Leaders to want to be on the programme, be involved, learn and apply a load of new skills, and grow in confidence (in the right way).

We will teach, mentor and help them embed new skills, and develop existing skills in the right way. We will also help them achieve permanent behavioural change. This last point is the real key to achieving lasting change in individuals.

To get the most from an individual it is important to work on 3 key areas. We express this as the Destination Formula, BE X DO = HAVE.

The BE is who do people need to BE – what skills and thought processes do they need to develop to unlock their true potential in the role they are in now, for their future career and of course in their personal lives.

The DO – what do you need to do more of, less of, start doing or stop doing?

The HAVE – this is the result that you want delivered.

The proposed programme will develop and build on these 3 areas.

There will be significant substance behind everything done. Interaction will be a necessity and this will be facilitated by a number of exercises, and “homework.”

We help key leaders in an organisation develop and improve their key relationships so they can:

  • Become an even more influential leader
  • Build a great culture
  • Understand how the right ‘Behaviours’ Impact the team Culture
  • Build a High Performing Team
  • Experience increased productivity from their team
  • Get buy-in from their team and stakeholders
  • Quickly become a ‘Gifted Leader’
  • Increase the care factor of their employees
  • Get better results from their team
