Competence – recognize your gifts, and channel your energies to where you are most likely to succeed.  Acknowledge your limitations

Courage – the best decision makers are those who are willing to suffer the most over their decisions, but still retain their ability to be decisive.  They have the most courage to step out first……be strong and very courageous. 

Clarity – be clear about your goal even though you’re  not certain about details.  Don’t allow lack of answers to leave you paralyzed

Coaching – without good coach you’ll never be as good as could be

Character – you can lead without character, but you won’t be a leader worth following.  Character provides the moral authority to bring together people and resources.  Your talent has potential to take you to places where your character can’t sustain you

Leadership – is rising and standing on your feet.
