Customer service is reactionary.
Customer experience is being pro-active
I put this post up a few days ago. Yesterday I went to see and Accountant for a discussion. Parking can always we an issue when you go to see someone – but this is what I found when I arrived.
What a great pro-active approach, and gives me the sense they are looking at customer experience and not just talking about it.
